"Jo, temenin gue les ya ntar sore?"

Jojo menatap Dede sambil bersandar santai dibangkunya.

"Elu les, De?" tanya Jojo.

"Baru mau daftar sih."

"Les apa?"

"Bahasa Inggris. Ikutan, yuk?" ajak Dede.

Jojo menggeleng cepat.

"Gak ah, gue udah pinter ngomong Inggris." kesombongan Jojo muncul.

"Mana coba, gue pengen denger lu ngomong Inggris." tantang Dede yang penasaran.

"Indeboi indehoi indejoi. Was wes wus wes wos. yes no yes no."

Jojo nyengir seakan tanpa dosa. Dede menatapnya sebal.

"Hish, itu sih Inggrisnya pak ogah, Jo."

"Yang penting Inggris juga kan, De?" Jojo mengedipkan matanya, sengaja menggoda sahabatnya itu.

"Serah lu! Yang penting lu mau temenin gue sore ini." sahut Dede cuek.

"Emang tempatnya dimana?"

"Disimpang bawah komplek rumah lu."

"Emang ada tempat les di situ?" tanya Jojo, sangsi.

"Ada, Jo. Nih liat brosurnya!"

Jojo membaca brosur yang dibawa Dede.

"Baru daftar juga harus di tes dulu, De?" tanya Jojo kaget membaca persyaratan untuk masuk les Bahasa Inggris yang ingin Dede ikuti.

Dede mengangguk.

"Di tes ngomong pake bahasa Inggris? Kan baru mau les."

"Bukan. Cuma disuruh nyanyi aja."

"Gampang itu sih, gue juga bisa." sahut Jojo lagi-lagi dengan sombongnya.

"Emang lu bisa nyanyi lagu apa?" tanya Dede gak yakin dengan bualan Jojo.

"Lagu hepi besdey tu yu." jawab Jojo kalem.

Dede pun manyun seketika.

"Kalo lagu itu anak TK juga bisa, Jo." sungut Dede, kesal.

"Gue udah serius nanggepinnya eh dia malah tengil. Gak ada akhlak lu, Jo." Dede mengumpat dalam hati.

"Jangan cemberut gitu." dengan usil Jojo sengaja menoel bibir Dede yang lagi manyun.

"Lu pengen gue nyanyi lagu apa?" tawar Jojo, membuat Dede mencibir, sinis.

"Jangan ngasih gue harapan palsu. Ntar gue request lagunya, lu gak bisa nyanyi lagi." cibir Dede lagi.

"Tenang. Gue akan ajarin lu nyanyi lagu Inggris yang sebenarnya. Lu pengennya Backstreet Boys, Westlife, Boyzone, atau yang lainnya?" tawar Jojo lagi.

(Ketahuan deh ini era-nya 90'an.😂)

"Beneran lu bisa nyanyi lagunya mereka, Jo?" Dede menatap Jojo, tak percaya.

"Gak semuanya sih."

"Lu bisanya lagu boyband yang mana? Kalo gue sukanya BSB, As Long As You Love Me." Dede terdengar sangat antusias.

"Gue bisa nyanyi'in lagu itu. Tapi gue kalo BSB senengnya I'll Never Break Your Heart."

"Wuihh, keren!!! Pengen denger lu nyanyi dong, Jo." pinta Dede tertarik.

"Tapi gue pengennya nyanyi lagu Westlife, Season In The Sun."

"Siip!" Jojo mengacungkan jempolnya.

Yayan masuk ke dalam kelas bersama Bian dan Puput.

"Jojo keren ya, Yan? Dia ternyata jago nyanyi lagu bule."

"Lu gak tau aja, De, waktu SMP Jojo jagonya bahasa Inggris. Nilai dia paling tinggi di kelas. Cuma ngomong ama bule aja dia belum pernah, karna emang bulenya gak mau ngobrol ama dia." cerita Yayan pendek panjang. (bingung gak lu?!😁)

"Jangan lebay lu!" sergah Jojo sambil menoyor kepala Yayan, pelan.

"Emang bener kan, Jo? Lu kan dulu murid kesayangannya bu Meli."

"Iya. Saking sayangnya nilai ulangan gue dikurangi dua." sungut Jojo.

"Itu sih salah lu sendiri, kenapa lu ngasih contekan sama Bayu..."

"Lu juga waktu itu nyontek punya gue, cumi. Jangan pura-pura gak inget lu?" Jojo mencibir.

"Tapi gue gak se-o'on Bayu yang isi ulangannya sama persis kayak punya lu. Jadi kan ketahuan kalo kalian kerjasama." Yayan balas mencibir.

"Iya juga sih." Jojo manggut-manggut.

"Jadi, yang dodol siapa?"

"Elu!!!" sahut Yayan, Dede, Bian dan Puput kompak.

"Manis dong gue?!" celutuk Jojo, santai.

Sedetik kemudian Jojo pun mengaduh dan berteriak minta ampun karena ke empat temannya mengeroyoknya dengan menggelitikinya, sambil menggeliat-geliat karena kegelian.
