"Gawat mereka datang!" seru Ruby yang sangat cemas sekali dengan apa yang dilihatnya

"Memangnya ada apa?" tanya Kirana dan Adelia yang hampir bersamaan.

"Para Siren, lihatlah mereka!" seru Ruby yang kemudian dia sembunyi dan menyuruh Kirana dan Adelia masuk lebih dalam ke goa bebatuan itu.

"Apa kamu bawa penutup telinga?" tanya Kirana pada Ruby yang sudah mengambil lilin lunak dari tasnya yang sudah disiapkan sebelumnya.

Demikian pula dengan Adelia yang sudah mempersiapkan lilin lunaknya.

"Tidak aku lupa membawanya, aku pikir mereka tidak akan datang, mereka seharusnya kan ke tengah laut!" jawab Ruby dengan berbisik.

"Pakai saja ini!" balas bisik Kirana seraya menyerahkan dua lilin lunak pada Ruby.

"Kalau lilin lunak ini kamu berikan padaku, terus kamu pakai apa?" tanya Ruby yang penasaran.

"Aku akan pakai ini saja!" jawab Kirana yang menujukkan ponsel dan earphonenya.

Adelia mengerti, namun Ruby yang penasaran.

"Itu apa?" tanya Ruby yang sudah menerima lilin lunak dari Kirana.

"Ini untuk mendengarkan musik!" jawab Kirana yang mulai mengotak-atik ponselnya.

"Mereka banyak sekali, dan sudah muncul di permukaan!" bisik Adelia yang menyempatkan diri mengawasi para Siren.

"Cepat pasang penutup telinga dan kita diam jangan bersuara!" bisik Ruby yang mulai menutup telinganya dengan lilin lunak, demikian pula dengan Adelia.

Sementara itu Kirana sedang memutar lagu-lagu yang ingin di dengarnya saat ini.

Ketiga perempuan beda usia itu diam dan terus memperhatikan para Siren yang sedang bersendau gurau di tepi pantai.

Cukup lama juga mereka memperhatikan para Siren itu hingga tak terasa matahari telah berangkat ke peraduannya .

Tiba-tiba para Siren bernyanyi dengan suara merdu namun bertenaga yang mematikan. Mereka memang sengaja melakukannya untuk luapan emosi para Siren itu.

Untunglah perempuan beda usia itu telah sedia payung sebelum hujan, sudah menyiapkan diri sebelumnya dengan lilin lunak dan juga mendengarkan lagu-lagu dari earphone ponsel.

Dan mereka tetap memperhatikan Para Siren itu dengan seksama, hingga para Siren itu selesai bernyanyi.

Setelah selesai bernyanyi, para Siren itu kembali ke lautan lepas dengan berenang dan menyelam seperti yang biasa mereka lakukan.
